What is collected

If you create an account: your email address and display name. If you save shopping lists: the list contents. Anonymous page views may be logged to help improve the service. No payment information is ever collected. By creating an account you consent to this; you may withdraw by deleting your account.

How it is used

Your data is used only to operate the service — syncing your lists and sending password-reset emails. It is never sold, rented, or shared with any other party, including retailers.

No advertising

Tokku carries no advertising and accepts no paid placement from retailers. Your data is not used for any advertising or marketing purpose.

Data retention and deletion

Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account. Anonymous usage logs are deleted after 12 months. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@tokku.app — requests are actioned within 30 days.

Cookies

A single session cookie is set for authentication. No third-party tracking or analytics cookies are used.

Security

Data is protected in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure — do not store sensitive information in shopping lists. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, the operator will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.

Changes

This policy may change at any time. The latest version is always at this URL. If you have concerns about a change, you can delete your account.
