About this service

Tokku is a personal side project operated by an individual, not a registered company. It is provided free of charge with no commercial intent. By using it you accept these terms in full.

No affiliation with retailers

Tokku is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any commercial relationship with FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Cold Storage, Giant, Guardian, Watsons, Redmart, or any other retailer. All retailer names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for product identification under nominative fair use; no endorsement is implied.

Price data — informational only

All prices displayed on Tokku are collected automatically from publicly accessible retailer websites on a best-effort basis. They are provided for general reference only. Prices are not guaranteed to be accurate, current, or complete. They may differ from actual in-store or online prices due to delays, regional variations, retailer system changes, promotions, or errors in collection. You must verify the actual price directly with the retailer before making any purchase. Tokku is not responsible for any financial loss or inconvenience resulting from reliance on price data shown here.

Automated product matching

Tokku uses automated algorithms and AI to group, normalise, and match products across retailers. This process is experimental and imperfect. A product shown as equivalent across stores may not be the same item — it could differ in size, variant, formulation, or brand. Always check the actual product listing at the retailer before purchasing.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service — including damages resulting from incorrect prices, incorrect product matches, data loss, or service downtime. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to register. If you are under 13, do not use this service — if we become aware that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and data. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tokku to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute its content through automated means beyond normal personal browsing. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service. Personal, non-commercial use is welcome.

Intellectual property

The Tokku name, logo, and original UI design are the work of the individual operator. Retailer names, product names, and price data belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use any retailer's trademarks.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by contacting us directly at hello@tokku.app will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
